- Applicable ONLY to Lennox & Goodman Residential Replacement Furnaces and Air
- Conditioners as Stated on the Precision HVAC Estimate provided
- This Warranty is good to the original purchaser (Non Transferrable) I think warranties can be transferred within a period of time with a transfer fee? May need to check with Jan.
- This Warranty Covers repairs due to a Failed Manufactures Part
Does Not Include Repairs Due to Failure Caused by Lack of Maintenance
- Dirty Air Filter (Must Be Changed Regularly To Keep Correct Air Flow)
- Plugged Furnace Vents (Mouse nests, snow, ice, frost, bee hives etc.)
- Plugged Ducts/Registers (lack of air flow due to registers being blocked or closed)
- Dirty Coils (outdoor condenser, Evaporator Coil Or Furnace secondary Coil)
- Plugged Condensate Trap (this drains the condensate moisture from the furnace)
- Gas Burners being dirty or clogged with insects etc.
