Enrollment
Who can participate in PrecisionU?
Precision U is exclusively for Precision employees. It welcomes new graduates interested in learning a trade, offering enrollment in Precision U Basics for entry-level HVAC work.
Longtime employees are encouraged to participate, covering both entry-level basics and advanced HVAC skills.
Precision U (Basics)
Runs from October 1st to May 1st each year.
- Daytime classes for selected students, to introduce more individuals to HVAC and provide basic training. Paid training with short classroom durations to maintain focus.

Curriculum
How is the training done?
The majority of the training involves on-the-job learning, applying theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios with the guidance of job foremen.
Precision U includes theory sessions in their classroom and hands-on activities either on the job site or at the Precision facility.
Precision U (Advanced)
Runs from October 1st to May 1st each year.
- Evening classes on Tuesdays, not mandatory but encouraged, covering advanced HVAC topics, new products, installation techniques, service repairs, and maintenance.
- Not paid for; meant for skill advancement, and employees can choose classes based on personal interest.
